Health Management & Occupational Safety

Through preventive measures, workplace instructions, regular training and ongoing evaluations of the working environment, we aim to offer all employees a safe and healthy working environment.

In close cooperation with the Occupational Medicine and Occupational Psychology Centre (AAZ), we carry out vaccination campaigns and other health-promoting measures to ensure the health and well-being of our employees in the workplace.

Organisation and responsibilities

Head of Human Resources & People Development and Finance Department:

•  Overall coordination for the implementation of all occupational health and safety and health management measures.

Occupational medicine and occupational psychology centre (AAZ):

• Occupational Safety and Health Specialist:
• Conducting risk assessments and workplace inspections.
• Organizing and conducting training and instruction sessions.
• Developing emergency plans and operating instructions.
• Supporting the assessment of health risks and implementing vaccination campaigns.

Specialist responsible for occupational health and safety:

• Carrying out risk assessments and workplace inspections.
• Organisation and implementation of training and instruction.

Employees and managers:

• Active participation in training and instruction.
• Compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Reporting hazards and accidents to the relevant authorities.
