The “Muslim Futures” Workshop is a scholarly think tank designed to inspire new ideas, share insights, and deepen theoretical discussions. This unique format brings together diverse perspectives from academia, activism, and the arts, featuring engaging lectures, workshops, and discussions. Two of the leading experts in futures studies, Ziauddin Sardar and Dr. Shamim Miah, will guide participants in exploring “Muslim Futures” from multiple angles.
Objectives
The workshop aims to investigate and discuss future perspectives of Muslim thinkers in various contexts. By integrating interdisciplinary expertise, this event will broaden research horizons and generate innovative approaches to future challenges faced by Muslim communities.
Target Audience
This event is open to scholars and researchers in Islamic Theology, Islamic Studies, Social Sciences, Humanities, Cultural Studies, Arts, and Technology, as well as professionals in creative and cultural sectors.
