The annual meeting of the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences (ACJS) took place in Denver in March 2025. The SFU Faculty of Law was represented by Professor Karin Bruckmüller, Denise Ziack, LL.M. (pre-doc), and Marina Winzaurek, LL.B. (Master’s student at SFU). During their presentations, partially in collaboration with other universities, and in various panels, they had the chance to discuss current developments in criminal law and criminology. The receptions, in particular, provided an opportunity to network and establish new connections.
