Born 1960, works as an independent organisational consultant, business trainer and coach. As a mediator he is registered in the list of mediators in the Federal Ministry of Justice. Main areas of activity: Team and organisational development as well as business mediation, especially in highly escalated intra- and inter-company conflicts. Founder and director of further training in organisational development at the ÖAGG (Austrian Working Group for Group Therapy and Group Dynamics); managing director of the Vienna Academy for Organisational Development. Since 2015, member of the UBIT (management consultancy, accounting and information technology) specialist group committee in the Vienna Chamber of Commerce, since 2020 also in the nationwide professional association of the WKO.
