was appointed judge in 1984. He was a member of the Supreme Court from 1998 until February 2022, where he was most recently President of Senate 4 (Intellectual Property Law, Unfair Competition Law) and Senate 16 (Supreme Cartel Court). He is also active as a seminar speaker in the context of legal training in the area of fair competition law and as a lecturer for competition law at the Sigmund Freud Private University in Vienna.
