has been a judge at the Federal Finance Court since 1 January 2014. Towards the end of his law degree and during his doctoral studies, he worked as an assistant at the Institute for Financial Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Vienna. In addition, he worked during his studies and subsequently as a trainee in a tax consultancy firm. From 2007 to 2011, he was a research assistant at the Administrative Court, working for two tax senates. From 2011 until the introduction of administrative jurisdiction, he was a member of the Independent Tax Senate. Since 2007, various lectureships at universities (e.g. University of Salzburg, University of Klagenfurt, University of Vienna) and other educational institutions (e.g. Academy of Tax Advisors and Auditors); author of ongoing publications, in particular on tax procedural law.
