Individual and group self-awareness with the aim of illuminating one's own personality traits as well as one's dealings with patients, colleagues and superiors in these areas, recognising dysfunctional sides, weaknesses, strengths and resources, modifying them, adapting them responsibly, harmonising one's personal style with the tasks set and working out development tasks from this.
Supervision: Personal support of the students, in relation to his/her problems in the therapeutic work on all relevant questions.
