has been working as a psychotherapist - systemic family therapy (in Vienna and Lower Austria) and as a registered mediator, life and social counsellor, supervisor and coach in her own practice for many years. She has been a lecturer at Sigmund Freud University since 2010 in the international programme and since 2020 also at the Faculty of Law of the SFU, as well as at ARGE Bildungsmanagment and the mediation training institution I.A.M.S. (Austria, Italia). Previously: trainer at BEST Personalberatung, head of a child protection centre, many years of work at the Vienna Children's and Youth Advocate's Office, including crisis intervention, counselling and coordination as well as cooperation with the police, court, medical and pedagogical institutions, organisation of lawyers' meetings, participation in interministerial working groups. Organisation of seminars and symposia, e.g. in the field of mediation. International work experience in the psychosocial field (e.g. orphanage in India) as well as in coaching and tourism.
