received his Ph. D. in psychology and art history before commencing his professional career at Vienna's University Hospital for Psychiatry and at Vienna's Child Guidance Clinic. Further qualified as psychotherapist and cinical psychologist, he now lectures at Vienna's Sigmund Freud University, acts as head psychologist in the Hospital of Zwettl (Lower Austria) and leads trainings for clinical psychologists.
His private practice work (since 1992) focuses on clinical diagnostics and psychotherapy also for children and adolescents. Since 2004, Dr.
Kral is editor-in-chief of "Psychologie in Österreich", Austria's leading professional journal in the area. He is a member of the International Network of Excellence for E-Health; in 2002, his research about online-communities was recognized through the City of Vienna's Health Award.
