Mag. Dr. Marlon Possard, MSc, MA (born 1995) is an assistant professor, AI competence expert, and certified digital legal expert. He teaches and conducts research at the Department of Administration, Economics, Security, and Politics and at the Research Center Administrative Sciences (RCAS) at the University of Applied Sciences Campus Vienna (HCW), as well as at the Institute for Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence (Faculty of Law) at Sigmund Freud Private University Vienna and Berlin (SFU). Since 2024, Dr. Possard has headed the Department of Ethics of Artificial Intelligence at SFU Vienna and Berlin. He is currently working on his habilitation in the field of constitutive questions of law and is, among other things, a visiting researcher at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts (USA). Dr. Possard is the author of numerous articles and publications on issues of law, administration, and ethics (140+). In October 2025, he was awarded the title of Honorary Senator of the Austrian Security Day (ÖST) in cooperation with the Vienna Chamber of Commerce (WKO) and the Association of Austrian Security Companies (VSÖ).
