Marlon Possard teaches and conducts research at the interfaculty Institute for Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence at the Sigmund Freud University Vienna and Berlin (Institute Director: Prof. Dr Wolfgang Zankl) and has headed the Department of AI and Ethics since November 2024. Dr Possard is currently completing his habilitation in the field of constitutive questions of law and is also working as an Assistant Professor (PostDoc) at the Department of Administration, Economics, Security and Politics and at the Research Center Administrative Sciences (RCAS) at FH Campus Wien - University of Applied Sciences. In summer 2024, he was also a visiting researcher at Harvard Law School in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA.
