studied law at the University of Vienna and also completed two semesters in finance at Jacksonville University in Florida. He joined DORDA as a student in 2005 and has been a partner in the Corporate/M&A department since 2017. Dr. Ritschka is an expert in domestic and cross-border transactions with a focus on distressed M&A and joint ventures. He additionally deepened his international focus during a secondment at the law firm Kirkland & Ellis in New York. In addition to his legal work, Dr. Ritschka is also responsible for the successful student programme at DORDA.
