has been General Counsel and Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs at UniCredit Bank Austria since 2017. He held similar positions at BAWAG P.S.K. until 2016. Prior to that, he was General Secretary at Oberbank. Schall teaches banking and capital market law at the Institute for Civil Law of the University of Vienna and at Sigmund Freud University. As an experienced corporate lawyer and aspiring psychoanalyst, he lectures and is particularly concerned with conflict management and transformation processes at the interface of law and psychoanalysis.
