Is a registered attorney in New York, Head of Legal Austria & Slovenia at SIX Payment Services Europe, mediator in New York, author, lecturer and certified data protection officer. As a member of the IADC (International Association of Defense Council), she is Director of the International Corporate Counsel College 2021 and Vice Chair of International of the Corporate Counsel Committee and the IP Committee. She graduated in law from the University of Vienna and the Aristotele University of Thessaloniki. She received her Master of Law in International Business Regulation, Litigation & Arbitration from New York University. She also passed the bar examinations in New York and Vienna. Her main areas of practice are: domestic and international civil litigation (focus on international jurisdiction), arbitration, commercial law (incl. M&A), banking and finance (regulatory, crypto-currencies), IP & IT, digitalisation and new media as well as data protection. She is also an author in these areas and lectures internationally (especially in the U.S. and Asia).
