STUWO Student Housing offers 13 halls of residence in Vienna as a non-profit student housing provider. From modern design flats to cosy student rooms and shared flats, equipped with everything you need for a new home. Our flat-rate rent includes everything: heating, water, electricity, unlimited high-speed WLAN, TV connection and regular room cleaning.
Of course, you can use many other leisure facilities for free, such as our fitness and wellness rooms, saunas, party and music rehearsal rooms, as well as our popular roof terraces or gardens.
