„Psychoanalysis and Music“

In his lecture „Psychoanalysis and Music“, Thomas Barth examines connections between the two fields in the form of audio examples and methodological contributions. He will also explore the question of which phenomena are effective in both musical and psychotherapeutic settings and which musical qualities can also prove useful for psychoanalytical practice.

  • For Psychotherapy Science students, participation can be recognised as part of the “Window of Opportunity” or “Doing Research”. In addition to participating, students have to provide the assignments required by the faculty.

If you have any questions, please contact Nathalie McGuire at nathalie.mcguire@sfu.ac.at.

We look forward to an interesting evening!
