Mrs. Helena Guimarães de Oliveira researches as a visiting fellow at the Sigmund Freud University, Faculty of Law from November 2017 to May 2018. Her research focuses on comparative human rights between Brazil and Europe. She is currently working on a paper in co-operation with Prof. Lachmayer from SFU on the following topic:
„Constitutional Framework concerning Abortion. From Protection to Empowerment of Women.“
