CONGRESS: Suicide and suicide-prevention | Case studies and recommendations
22nd – 24th August, 2019
Each year 1,300 people commit suicide in Austria. This is twice as many deaths as on the roads. Despite these alarming numbers, suicide is still a taboo topic in our society.
The Congress aims at giving this sensitive topic space through lectures, discussions and workshops. This will not only contribute to more knowledge but also to greater sensitivity and awareness. The Congress offers preventive measures and creates a basis for doctors, psychologists, psychotherapists and lawyers.
