SFU Works Council

As the Works Council, we are the elected representatives of the employees in our company. Our main task is to represent the interests and rights of all employees vis-à-vis the employer SFU. We also see ourselves as a central advice and service point that is always at your side.

Our works council were elected in December 2022 for a five-year term of office.

As trade union representatives, we work closely with the trade union for private employees (GPA) responsible for our company and the Chamber of Labor.

Our aim is to create a fair and equitable working environment for all. We are committed to good working conditions, fair pay and guaranteeing employees’ rights. We are always open to concerns and new suggestions and look forward to working together.
