Caspar Gorvin is a psychologist (Dipl.-Psych.) and computer scientist (Dipl.-Inf.). After completing his studies he worked as a lecturer at the Psychologisches Institut of the Freie Universität Berlin for five years. Today he works as a freelance project manager and management consultant for various industrial companies. Since 2014 group analysis has been an additional area of his activities. He is co-organizer of the Theorie+ series of seminars at the Institut für Gruppenanalyse Heidelberg e. V. and a co-conductor at workshops of the Internationale Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Gruppenanalyse e. V. in Altaussee, Austria.
