After studying law, Dr. Petra Held gained her professional experience as a trainee lawyer and subsequently as a member of the legal department of the federal company via donau - Österreichische Wasserstraßen-GmbH. In 2010, she took over the function of Compliance Officer at viadonau and independently implemented a Compliance Management System. She is a member of the Austrian Compliance Officer Association and a lecturer on the topic of compliance. Since 2016, she has been appointed Data Protection Officer at viadonau.
