Lisa Kapteina-Bock is a freelance lecturer for "Psychological Skills - Crisis Intervention and Conflict Management" and "Organizational Lab" at Sigmund Freud University Berlin since 2016.
She is working as a freelance mediator and coach since 2009. She is a lecturer, trainer, content creator and project supervisor in the field of communication, conflict management and psychology/psychotherapy.
Since 2021 she is certified as a psychological psychotherapist (Behavioral Therapy).
