is an independent lawyer in Vienna. He is a lecturer at the FH Campus Vienna and at the Faculty of Law at the Sigmund Freud University. He completed his studies at the Juridicum in Vienna, where he also worked as a university assistant at the Institute for Civil Law and completed his doctorate in European Civil Procedure Law. In addition to numerous publications, he regularly lectures in his fields of expertise. His main areas of expertise are civil law, procedural law and intellectual property law.
