Univ. Prof. Dr. Heinz Strohmer is one of the two founders and directors of the Fertility Centre in Vienna, the largest reproductive medicine facility in Austria. After studying medicine in Vienna, he completed his specialist training at the University Clinic for Gynaecology in Vienna. In 1999 he received his habilitation in obstetrics and gynaecology. He also founded reproductive medicine facilities in Bratislava, Sibiu, Bucharest, Lodz and Sofia and runs a company that develops and distributes software for reproductive medicine centres.
